How to Install NIERBO Canvas Screen?
Dear friend,
Thanks for purchasing NIERBO Canvas Projection Screen. It supports both front and rear projection, but front projection is better.
The following tips may be helpful to you before use it.
Part 1 Open Package, check if it’s perfect. If any problem, please contact nierbo@nierbo.com
We will always be there and solve all your problem.
The brand new screen will have creases due to folding in the package. You can iron to make it less or distinguish. You can also hang it up tightly on a frame to help the creases gone.
Part 2 Size Description
There are 8 sizes for this projection screen, please make sure that the size in your hand is the same as the size you purchased;
Note: This projection screen is with flexibility, and there might be an tolerance in length and width, but it will not affect your use;
Part 3 Metal Eyelet and diameter of Projector Screen
Note: The metal eyelets number of each size is not the same. This is related to how much nails you need to install it.
Part 4 How to install it?
A.On the wall(Concrete wall, gypsum wall, wallpaper wall ): Nails, hooks, screws, bolts, velcro
B.On the frame(PVC pipe frame, Alu frame, wood frame): Zip ties, bungee cords, ropes
Part 5 What if the screen gets dirty?
You can wash it by hand and dry it by the dryer
Part6 Example: How to build a PVC frame for the 120 inches projection screen?
Screen size for 120inches size: 273x157cm / 107.5x61.8inches
On your local store to purchase below parts:
5 - 10ft 2in PVC pipes, 2 - elbows, 4 - Tees, 4 - End Caps (optional) for the ends of the feet to give it a finished look (only shown in broken down picture)
Then cut the pipes to below size:
Top & Bottom Size: 110-1/4in; Sides Size: 62-3/4in; Legs & feet Size: 24in
Assemble them together to get the finished work as the picture.
Note: Frame should be a little larger than the screen so the screen can be stretched tightly.
